Establish the 3-Bin Sorting Staging Area
Place three separate containers in the center of the room: one for pure trash, one for items belonging in other rooms, and one for laundry or soft goods. Label or visually distinguish them clearly to prevent cross-contamination. Keep walkways to the exit completely clear.
