📋 Step-by-Step Guide (7 Steps)
Disconnect and Cool the Unit
Unplug the toaster's power cord directly from the wall outlet. Wrap the cord loosely behind the unit and let the appliance sit until all metal surfaces are cool to the touch. Place the unit on a flat, dry workspace near a trash bin.

Remove and Empty the Crumb Tray
Locate the slide-out crumb tray at the base of the toaster, usually accessible from the rear or bottom. Pull the tray straight out over a trash can to catch loose debris. Tap the tray gently against the inner rim of the trash can to dislodge accumulated crumbs.

Wash and Dry the Crumb Tray

Brush Out Interior Coils and Slots
